Overview: Within the MINDS project (Mines Initiative for Numerics and Data Science) developed at MINES ParisTech (Paris School of Mines), the objective is to fill the gap between Machine Learning and Physics-based approaches.This thesis investigates the development of quantum technologies with spins in silicon carbide (SiC). In particular, SiC can host optically active defect spins which are key to developing solid-state quantum sensors, communications networks, and distributed quantum computation over long distances.The objective of the PhD thesis is to develop a novel Physics-informed Machine Learning approach in the context of seismic imaging.
